Refund Policy

At Marwa Hachem Fine Arts Studio, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes interfere with your child's attendance at our Kids Art Club. That's why we have a flexible and fair refund policy in place.

If your child misses a class due to illness, family emergency, or any other unforeseen reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and find a suitable solution.

Here's our refund policy for missed classes:

1. Make-up Classes: We offer the option of scheduling a make-up class for your child if they have missed a session. Depending on availability, we will find a convenient time for your child to attend a similar class to make up for the missed session.

2. Credit for Future Classes: If scheduling a make-up class is not feasible, we are happy to provide a credit for the missed class that can be applied to future sessions of our Kids Art Club. This allows your child to still benefit from the full value of the missed class.

3. No Refunds

We believe in fairness and providing the best experience for both our students and their families. Our goal is to ensure that your child receives the full value of their enrollment in our Kids Art Club, even if they encounter unexpected circumstances.
